The Stuttgart-based manufacturer's largest and most opulent SUV receives a refreshed design, more powerful electrified engines, and is ready to challenge for supremacy in the domestic premium segment.
Officially presented in the spring of this year, the new Mercedes-Benz GLS facelift is now available for order on the Romanian market. The German manufacturer has prepared a series of discreet but effective exterior aesthetic revisions, along with a range of engines optimized for increased efficiency.
For starters, customers in Romania can choose from three engine options, all of which benefit from 48V mild-hybrid (MHEV) technology. This adds a temporary 23 hp boost and extra torque during intense acceleration. The offer includes two diesel engines and one gasoline unit.
The new GLS facelift can be configured in three equipment lines: Standard, AMG Line (which adds a touch of exterior sportiness) and AMG Line Plus (the top level, with additional premium elements).
