A new premium standard: The new generation Audi Q7 (2027) has arrived in Romania. Prices from 87,939 euros

The wait is over for fans of large SUVs. Shortly after its world premiere at the beginning of June, the third iteration of the Audi Q7 can now be officially ordered in Romania. Changed from the ground up, the Ingolstadt brand's SUV offers a recipe focused on a much stronger visual presence, deep digitalization and refined dynamics.

The first copies of the new model will be delivered to customers in our country starting in September.

Exterior design: Muscular lines and an imposing presence

The new generation of the Audi Q7 abandons the rigid shapes of its predecessor in favor of a completely new design language. The body now adopts more rounded and much more muscular lines, which give the SUV an athletic allure, without losing its characteristic elegance.

• Front: Dominated by a reinterpreted, more massive Singleframe grille, flanked by generous air intakes.
• Lighting system: Integrates new technologies, available for the first time on an Audi production model, offering customizable light signatures for both headlights and taillights.
• Profile: Highlights the flared wheel arches, emphasizing the robust character and the quattro all-wheel drive system.

Interior, comfort and a first in modularity

Inside, the German manufacturer relied on ultra-premium materials, exceptional sound insulation, and a superior level of comfort for long journeys.

A complete novelty for this generation is the flexibility of the interior configuration. For the first time, the new Audi Q7 is available in 3 seating configurations:

1. Standard version (5 seats): Offers extremely generous space for passengers and a huge trunk, with a volume ranging from 806 to 2075 liters (with the rear seats folded).
2. 6-seat variant: Business-type configuration, with individual seats in the second row.
3. 7-seat variant: Ideal for large families, with cargo space in extended configurations ranging from 722 to 1980 liters.

Engines: V6 Diesel power and Mild-Hybrid efficiency

For its debut on the Romanian market, Audi opted for a simplified strategy, offering the new Q7 in a single equipment line (Basic) and a single engine unit, but available in two power levels.

Under the hood is the familiar and efficient 3.0-liter V6 diesel engine, assisted by mild-hybrid technology (MHEV), designed to reduce consumption and emissions in urban environments.

• Standard transmission: Regardless of the option, power is managed by an 8-speed automatic transmission and intelligently distributed to all four wheels via the quattro all-wheel drive system.
